At 10:04 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Bay View, or near Elkton, moving northeast at 30 mph. Radar indicates 60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail. Damage to roofs, siding, trees, and power lines is possible. Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm and may lead to flash flooding.
