What's Happening: The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Warning. At 9:57 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line from near Conowingo to near Oxford, moving northeast at 25 mph. The main hazard is 60 mph wind gusts, which can cause damage to roofs, siding, trees, and power lines. Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead to flash flooding.

  • Move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a building for your protection.
  • Do not drive through flooded roadways.
