What's Happening: Doppler radar shows thunderstorms are lessening in intensity across the warned area, but 2 to 4 inches of rain have already fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Expect flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets, underpasses, and other drainage and low-lying areas. Locations that may experience flash flooding include Centerville, Centreville, Church Hill, Carville, Starkey Corner, Hope, Starr, Old Town, Overton, and Queenstown.
