Chesapeake Bay & Delmarva-facing Waters: E winds 15-20 kt gusting 25 kt this morning, easing to 10-15 kt with gusts to 20 kt by late morning into the afternoon. Waves around 4 ft at 7 seconds. Showers likely early, then scattered showers. SCAs lift between 10 AM and 1 PM across most VA zones.
