Sunday is the real problem child of the outlook.
Atlantic Coastal Waters (Lewes → southern VA coast): Light and manageable through tonight, but Sunday ramps up hard: NE 15 to 20 kt, gusts 25 kt, seas 3 to 4 ft with occasional 6-footers and a chance of morning showers. Tuesday night settles back to SE 10 kt shifting SW after midnight, seas 2 to 3 ft.
Delaware Bay: Small and slow. Saturday night brings NE 5 to 10 kt with seas around 2 ft and a chance of evening showers/tstms. Monday is the sweet spot: E around 5 kt shifting SE, seas 1 foot or less.
Chesapeake Bay & Delmarva-facing Waters: Tonight is easy — SE 5 kt going SW late, waves 1 foot. LWX flags strong storms possible this afternoon/evening, so treat any cell seriously. Sunday night is the peak: E 15 to 20 kt, gusts 25 kt, waves 3 to 4 ft occasionally 5 ft.
Wind & Seas Outlook: Peak winds Sunday afternoon into Sunday night (NE/E 15–20 kt, gusts 25 kt). Peak seas Sunday on the Atlantic side, 3 to 4 ft with occasional 6-footers.
